5.2.4. They will not make any monetary transactions with the passengers.
5.2.5. They will keep the bus tidy both inside and outside and refuel on time.
6. METHOD OF PAYMENT
The Client shall pay a rent for using the bus to the Transport Operator based on the invoice presented by the operator and by the deadlines fixed on the invoice.
7. OBLIGATIONS OF PARTIES

7.1. The clients obligations
7.1.1. In case the Client waives the order 7 days before the start of the trip, the Transport Operator is entitled to keep 10% (ten per cent) of the amount paid by the Client as compensation for the service and within three working days repay the rest of the amount paid by the Client.
7.1.2. In case the Client waives the order less than 7 days from the start of the trip the Transport Operator is entitled to keep 25% (twenty-five per cent) of the amount paid by the Client as compensation for the service and within three working days repay the rest of the amount paid by the Client
7.1.3.
In case the Client waives the order less than 3 days before the start of the trip, the Transport Operator is entitled to keep the whole prepaid amount as compensation.
7.1.4. In case the Client postpones the start of the trip to a later date, but not more than five days, the Client shall pay the Transport Operator compensation in the amount of 1% (one per cent) of the invoice amount for each delayed day.
7.2. The Transport Operator
7.2.1. In case the Transport Operator waives the fulfilment of the order before 10 days from the start of the trip, they shall pay the Client all the direct expenses made by the Client for the organisation of the trip.
7.2.2. In case the Transport Operator does not fulfil the obligations stipulated in clauses 5.1 to 5.3.2 , they shall reimburse the Client all the expenses related to the inconveniences in regard to the trip and its continuation.
7.3. In case the delayed fulfilment of their obligations by the Transport Operator causes the grounded complaints from the passengers and they are accepted by the Client against the operator, the Transport Operator shall reimburse the financial claims of the passengers.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
8.1. The Parties shall not bear any responsibility in regard to the non-fulfilment of their contractual obligations if they are caused by Force Majeure.
8.2. Under Force Majeure the Parties shall make their best efforts to solve the circumstances in the most appropriate way for both Parties and at a minimum cost.
