ON CHARTERED CARRIAGE OF PASSENGERS

1. PARTIES
OF THE CONTRACT
1.1. This contract is entered into by and between Arne
Auto OÜ, represented by the chairman of the Board Arne
Arumees, hereinafter referred to as the "Transport Operator"
and
., hereinafter referred
to as the "Client".
2. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
2.1. The Client shall order and the Transport Operator
shall oblige to perform the carriage of passengers ordered
by the Client

2.2. The carriage of passengers means the transport
of passengers and their luggage by bus within the agreed period
and the route, based on the Client's itinerary, which are
attached to the Passenger Carriage Contract.
3. CARRIAGE ORDER
The Carriage Order is presented on the transport order form.
4. CLIENT'S OBLIGATIONS
4.1. The Client is obliged to use the Transport Operator's
bus in accordance with the agreed itinerary and within the
agreed period of time
4.2. In planning the trip the Client is obliged to
consider the number of seats in the bus and the space for
luggage available
4.3. The Client shall provide at their own expense
the overnight stay and catering of the bus drivers equal to
the passengers.
5. TRANSPORT OPERATOR'S OBLIGATIONS
5.1. The Transport Operator is obliged to provide the
service on a highly professional level in accordance with
the rules of international transport.
5.1.1. The Transport Operator shall provide the passenger
carriage service on a bus which is in a good technical order
and clean, and has appropriate international documentation
(such as transportation permits, the "green card",
etc.)
5.1.2. The Transport Operator shall cover the route
within the time period agreed upon in the order placed and
in accordance with the itinerary timetable.
5.1.3. The Transport Operator shall pay the traffic
fines and fines for non-fulfilment of the technical norms
of the bus, excluding the violation of the working time mode
due to the Client (the AETR convention).
5.1.4. In case of a technical fault of the bus the
Transport Operator shall make every effort to repair it at
their own expense and continue the trip with the least loss
of time and resources according to the itinerary planned.
If the repair is impossible, the new bus shall be supplied
or rented for continuing the trip.
5.2. The Transport Operator's Personnel (bus drivers)
5.2.1. The Personnel is qualified and corresponds to
the requirements of international transport.
5.2.2. They shall fulfil the orders given by the guide/person
accompanying the group to perform the itinerary
5.2.3. The Personnel shall conduct themselves in a
customer-friendly way and avoid conflicts with the passengers
and the guide
